HANDMADE NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All items are handcrafted using resin and other materials. Because of this, each piece is unique and may include:

• Small air bubbles 

• Minor surface variations  

• Slight asymmetry  

• Subtle color differences  

These are not considered defects, but part of the handmade process.

 

PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe each item. However:

• Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings  

• No two items will be exactly identical  

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order  

• Limit quantities  

• Correct pricing errors  

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept those changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mystic Vine Creations is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to materials  

• Injuries or damage to products caused by misuse  

• Damage after delivery  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photos, branding, and content belong to Mystic Vine Creations and may not be copied or used without permission.
